Temperature Controls
1. Duct lining shall be look put in by the sheet Contractor. Material shall be 1" nominal thickness, three pound density, non-combustible fibre with UL approved synthetic rubber coating on air facet.
2. Insulation shall be applied with 100% adhesive coverage, and stick clips on all sides of duct, 24" on center in direction of air flow, 12" to 18" on center at right angles to air flow. Coat vanguard of every insulation section with adhesive.
3. Lining shall be Certainteed No. three hundred "Ultralite", or equal.
P. Furnish and install duct-type smoke detectors in each the provision and come back ducts to ending all fans.

2.02 GAS PIPING

2.03 PACKAGED upside UNIT

B. MATERIALS
1. Cabinet
a. Frame and Panels: Minimum eighteen gauge galvanized steel structural frame members, minimum twenty gauge cupboard panels with baked enamel end, simply removed access doors or panels with fast fasteners.
b. Insulation: Minimum one 0.5 (1/2”) in. (13 mm) thick acoustic duct liner with sleek, black synthetic rubber air-side surface for lining cupboard interior. Edges exposed to conditioned air path shall be coated with black synthetic rubber surface.
c. Drain Pan: Galvanized steel with corrosion-resistant coating, insulated, high-slope for positive drain per ASHRAE normal 62-89. Drain pan shall extend underneath the entire coil section.
d. Furnish as a part of the unit a weatherproof 120V, one section receptacle wired as a part of one purpose electrical association.
2. Evaporator Fan
a. Fans: V-Belt driven, with for good lubricated bearings, double breadth, double water, forward hooklike centrifugal fan, statically and dynamically balanced, resiliently mounted. V-belt-driven blower to produce needed CFM at medium speed with minimum external static pressure of zero.75 in. wg (CFM shall be one thousand to 1200 CFM).
b. V-Belt Drive: forged iron or steel sheaves, dynamically balanced, bored to suit shafts and keyed. Variable and adjustable pitch motor sheave selected thus needed revolutions per minute is obtained with sheaves set at mid-position as counseled by manufacturer or minimum one.5 times plate rating of the motor.
c. Motors: 120/240 volts single section, 60 Hz.
3. Evaporator Coil
a. Direct growth cooling coil shall be one 0.5 (1/2”) in. outside diameter , 0.016” thick seamless copper tubes enlarged into aluminium fins. most coil face rate shall not exceed 5 hundred (500) feet per minute.
b. Refrigeration circuit with outwardly equalised thermal growth valve, filter-drier, and charging valves.
4. Air Filters - simply removed one (1”) in. thick throw-away sort with 25-30 % ASHRAE mud Spot potency filter. most filter face rate shall not exceed 5 hundred (500) feet per minute.
5. Condenser Fans - Direct-driven, with for good lubricated bearings, thermal overload protection, weatherproofed, vertical discharge mechanical device sort with fan guard, statically and dynamically balanced, resiliently mounted.
6. Condenser Coil - Shall be one 0.5 (1/2”) in. outside diameter , 0.016” thick seamless copper tubes enlarged into aluminium fins with sub-cooling circuits, tested for leaks up to 425 psig. Suction and Liquid line service gauge ports and full charge of refrigerant. give refrigerant pressure switches to cycle condenser fans.
7. mechanical device - Shall be hermetically sealed, 3600 revolutions per minute most, resiliently mounted with positive lubrication internal motor protection and housing heater. Reversing valve for heat-pump units.
8. Temperature Controls (Note: Contractor to furnish all elements to the Owner. The Owner shall furnish all wiring required):
a. Controls - Shall be plant wired, unit mounted terminal board and shall embody contactors, high and air mass cutouts, internal winding thermostat, twenty four Volts negative feedback circuit electrical device, non-cycling reset relay.
b. Thermostat - Full freelance seven-day programmable with minimum 2 offset periods per day, automatic and manual heat-cool transformation, inherent time delays, system electrical switch (Off-Heat-Cool-Auto), fan electrical switch (On-Auto), face cover.
9. mechanical device - Shall be hermetically sealed, 3600 revolutions per minute most, resiliently mounted with positive lubrication, internal motor protection, refrigerant line filter drier and housing heater. Reversing valve for heat-pump units.
10. Hot Gas heat – give prepacked hot gas heat coil mistreatment hot gas by-pass within the prepacked unit; utterly self contained with remote humidistat to be mounted within the come back duct.
11. Mixed-Air Casing:
a. Dampers: Provide outside, return, and relief dampers with damper operator and control package to automatically vary outside air quantity. Outside air damper to fail to closed position. Relief dampers may be gravity balanced.
b. Gaskets: Provide tight fitting dampers with edge gaskets maximum leakage 5 percent at 2 inches (500 Pa) pressure differential.
c. Damper Operator: 24 volt with gear train sealed in oil with spring return to fail to closed position.
12. Pre-fab Roof Mounting Curb - By unit manufacturer for down blow installation.
